Cancellation Policy : No call/ No show appointments will be charged 100 percent of the service cost. 24 hours notice must be given when rescheduling an appointment or 50 percent of the service cost will be charged.
Note* In order to qualify for a refill appointment, 30 to 40 percent of the eyelash extensions must be intact or a new full set will be required.  Refills of another lash stylists will be permitted only if the work is clean and 30 to 40 percent of the lashes are in tact.
